Exactly just what I said :p:D

ModeratorDo you really need a washer dryer?
If you have room for two separate machines that is the way to go. If not then yes it’s your only option, the only one that does what it says is the Miele but at over 1k not an option.
Out of your two machines I would go with the AEG ( Zanussi in a skirt) as the majority of engineers get to see their products more, the spare parts are easier to obtain and are better value. Samsung on the hand, spares are sporadic at best from Korea and very little tech info available.
Just my opinion 😉

ModeratorYes indeed, Electrolux, Aeg and Zanussi are all part of the same group. AEG as a name has lost it’s German identity and is now a Zanussi clone.

ModeratorHi
Your ip address suggests you are in Italy. I would suggest looking at such brands like Sebo and and Miele for your usage. Appliances here in the UK are made exclusively for us.

ModeratorThere is one on Amazon but it’s over £150 😮

ModeratorHoover E22 is generically a draining issue, “recently purchased” check installation of waste hose and check filter are the first ports of call.

Sorry for my cluelessness.Oh yes 😀

ModeratorIf the big filter is clogged that would cause loss of suction. Like Dave says run it without hose and the filter as well. If all okay probably a blocked hose.

ModeratorI replied earlier on today in your thread “New washing machine advice”
“The WSD123 is an 8kg machine I would not go any higher than that. The 1400 spin is more than adequate, the higher the spin the more creasing and the life of fabric is also reduced.
The Miele will do very well. You need to compare machines on https://www.miele.co.uk/c/laundry-saving-2517.htm as some do have a five year warranty.”
Usually best to keep things to one thread, but as you have started a new thread re a different request I’ll lock the other thread.

ModeratorFirst port of call is the filter behind the flap or behind the plinth which just pops off. Unscrew it carefully as there will some water in there which may need towelling out, some versions have a drain hose to help you.
Once you have unscrewed the filter make sure there is no obstruction to the little propeller in the filter housing.

ModeratorNo to a washer dryer unless you live in a high rise or have no garden or other drying facilities.

May be worth giving Neff service a ring 0344 892 8989 agin don’t forget the full ENR numbers and the FD as well.
Don
don
ModeratorYes you can replace the handles just enter the full ENR number of each appliance onto https://www.neff-home.com/uk/service/care-protection-and-parts/spare-parts Not cheap either and you will need a fair DIY knowledge to replace them yourself.

ModeratorTwo versions of that machine XEF and XEC at the end of the model. No explosion but if you can add a picture of the hose I’m sure we can help. You will need to host the image externally on one of the hosting sites.
