yep, had a couple of them in the past on the older 2 board models, after changing the main pcb down below with no luck it turned out to be the user board in the door. Pretty sure the one you have only has the one board so it should be easier.

have you tried holding the programme button down for longer that 5 seconds? should clear it. then swtich off the power and start again. If the door feels a bit strange to open or shut then the door lock may be jammed in the door closed position.

no its not Martin, its a Vodaphone one (the only one my merchant service will accept) hence needs a mobile phone network to use, Satelites? (GPRS is nothing to do with satellites! Sure you not confusing your abreviations with GPS?) whats that all about then?

mouse over the “url” tab when writing the post and follow the second example that appears inserting the word “here” (or whatever you want to write) in the space marked “URL text” and bobs your uncle. Note though that a lot of people may not click on it if they do not know where they are being taken.

As long as your terminal accepts the 3 digit security code on the back then they are as guaranteed as they can ever be. Must admit it was only recently that my vodaphone terminal could cope with the seucurity code which caused my merchant (Barclays) to charge an extra fee for unsecured transactions so I only took the card not present as a last resort. Its was doubly anoying as most of the not present transactions were due to the terminal not working in the3 customers house at the time. (usually due to lack of signal or lack of me charging the damn thing up enough as it does run its battery down even when turned off and also has a habit of switching itself on in my bag.)

Although we take a lot of card payments and it is suggested as the prefered method, we still find cheque the most popular payment method and there is no way we could survive without taking them. Especially for the repair where a relative or someone lets you in and is left a cheque by the owner. Mind you most people moan when writing them that its the first time they have written a cheque for months and have forgotten how to do so. TBH cash is a rare sight on the road these days.

bound to be a blockage or loose fan issue I would think. One stat on the front under the removable panel, other ones on the heater. Whole back of machine comes off to access.

Got the Kroll report today, is that a list of Creditors at the back, must admit its not clear…
maybe we will now understand AIG’s reluctance to pay out at times…… they have been taken big time!and poor mr Heath as well!
must admit its not representitive of what I am owed and not sure how the figures have been worked out. Interesting reading non the less.
