you will probably find the rings and boards are in pairs, hence one failure of the board will effect 2 rings. If you are lucky it may be a terminal block issue….If the board is blown then chage the corrosponding ring as well otherwise the new board may go bang again.
Just had a Miele induction hob with just a single board for all 4 rings. £750+ vat for the part!Re: Connect Prices

why do cusotmers always phone and chase outstanding spares orders about 10 minutes after the parcel has arrived. Makes us look as though it has been sitting there for days and we have just not been bothered to call them!
On parts chasing as well, what is parts chasing? We rarely ever talk to a human when ordering parts and if we do they know as much about when a part will show up as we do. I always explain that it is “all part of the service, we will call you as soon as we have it-no need to call us” but it seems this falls on deaf ears of those with nothing better to do than hassle us and keep someone from doing their job trying to tell them somethine they dont want to hear.

Was supprised that EMW dont repair Servis Janus range pcb’s. Sent one off to QER and fitted last week worked a treat.
Have to remember that EMW were primarily a timer repair service rather than pcb’s while QER always did the electronic stuff. EMW though have an excellent Indesit Hotpoint pcb service which is second to non.
has always bothered me though that both these companies dont ask what the fault symtoms are on faulty boards…Re: Smeg WMFAB16 Pump

mmm…. smeg uk showing they have 8 of those in stock so chances are she has been taken in by one of the web sales compainies using the smeg name in their title rather than smeg themselves.Re: Maytag MTD09 WD Condenser dryer F04 error
will probably have a service manual but need the Asko model number, I am sure it is on the rating plate. eg TD25.2

its blocked air flow, check the fan (easily accessed under the front panel, condenser (if not a vented one) and wash the filter in the door, its very fine and gets blocked by users just scraping the fluff off

this is a standard washing machine with an added outer door to match the retro style FAB fridges so its a high price product that the custome will spend money on.
pump is 792970179 but would take a look first as the pump filter is hidden unde a kick trim where the customer knows nothing about its existance. more than likely just blocked. Think one of the twist on pump motors should fit if ness.Re: Feb Meeting 2012 – General Trade
