The quote above IS the government gateway Alex! (is there any other way to submit vat?) I too could submit in the middle of the month but set aside last night to do so instead. Some of us are not sitting in offices all day Alex! 😆 We our out with the tool boxes.
The point of my post was: why now to upgrade? No doubt most leave it to the last minute and if they scheduled the upgrade in the middle of the month when nothing is approaching deadlines then it would not be such a problem.Re: Football season 2011/2012

I would be seriously worried for your team fortunes this year Jimbo. Lets face it who would you prefer to win the premier league this year? A london club or your other local team?

If brookside were still on they would still have Zanussi washcraft washers complete with blue protective film still on the edge of the worktop.
Did catch out “Jamie at Home” as he was cooking on a Smeg range in supposedly his own kitchen when I know for a fact he has an Aga only in the kitchen….but some months later was called out to fix said Smeg and found it is in a barn at his house used as a tv studio….hardly “at home” as the title suggested. Although within his home grounds at least so will let him off on that one.
Cannot remember what I was watching just the other day but they had an old hpt 18… washer stuck in the kitchen! (bet the door button doesnt work!)

Bryan, put me down for the Cosmo, they would be very upset to hear you describe it as a chinese though, very little traditional uk style chinese is available there. I think Pan Asian is the correct term. and Ade, its Yakitori!

In an ideal world we could point you in the right direction. unfortunatly the reality is that you cannot get a certificate to work just on cookers. In simple terms you need to pass a core gas course exam that encompasses all other aspects of gas work and very little on cookers. Even then, its not so easy as you need a portfolio of experience to demonstrate your competence.

aside from the high street there are no ruins down here. A good showing in the first half IMO by spurs and a mediocre one from the other lot. Did not expect to win this one but at half time a draw looked possible. 4 or 5 good moves from them netted 3 good goals nothing else to write home about really.

not quite, but customer got a new door for free out of BSH for it, I got paid as well so, aside from the 2 handles I have in stock which Martin assures me I will fit in no time at all, no one is the looser, apart from customers who will not buy another such product that is.

mmm, sounds like you are trying to fit the wrong fan, there are 2 with different hole sizes:
31001317 is the smaller hole
31001043 is the larger.312967 is the correct retaining clip that fits around the shaft. Think the weight of a jubilee clip will put it out of balance.

part number showing as 481236018474 but Qualtex shows that as a motor only and looks like any universal one will fit. Oddly there is no part number showing for either the filter housing or complete pump.

I did actually change the relays on one of these once as there is nothing else on the board. The double sided nature of the board made it a pig of a job having to butcher the old relays to get at the pins but it did work. having said that, there is obviously an issue with these boards as the new one has an extra relay on it. In hindsight, I will now recommend going for a new board, it aint cheap though! but then no one is going to dump a Miele drier for the sake of the cost of it. Miele spares is:08453656605 or 01235233133

the anode should be the element end while the cathode should point at the selector switch, in plain english, the new diode should have a line marked on it which should “face” the swtich.
