    Re: GE american fridge freezer

a lot of fridge freezers use cold air for the freezer to cool the fridge. to start and stop the air there is a motorized flap valve. these valves can freeze open or closed so first thing to do is a total defrost
    then see what happens

you say its stuck on a programme will it run that programme ?

all i can think of is your motor brushes. think if they are not in contact with the motor due to wear everything stops

you cant do it from above

think you have to take off right hand side of case

follow drain hose into machine it should go to the drain pump. prob got glass in it or something

Re: BEKO product code SN 140220 – changing door direction

    cant see that either

i typed this number into google and it should come up if it is valid and it doesn’t

there should also be a commercial code number normally beginning with a 7

that looks like a serial number would need the model number to see which unit you have

    Re: BEKO WMB71642W

E18 is an unbalanced load error and its more of an advisory more than an error
    Beko’s answer is

Reasons for terminating the program before spinning as a result of unbalanced load detection.
    1) When you use the machine with less quantity of laundry, it may pile up at one side of the drum. When high speeds are reached under an unbalanced load, washing machine will likely be damaged. For this reason, when the unbalanced load in the machine is calculated as more than the limit value, it will not spin for safety purposes.
    2) When the machine is operated with only one pullover, bathrobe or towel, piling up probability of the laundry at one point in the drum is quite high. Try not to wash such laundry as one piece as much as you can.

would not leak if pump had gone

try holding hose into the sink or to a bucket on a chair. then fill it and pump it out. if it pumps out ok then its not the machine

sounds like you sink has got a blockage somewhere

if pump was a problem it would not force off pipes under your sink

if the hinges have been bent you need to change them as they bend if door is strained
