Re: blomberg CFF311 fridge freezer temp

cant see a lot of info on this one

first you may have model wrong I can see CFFN311

if so your unit is a non frost free and I think the stat in the fridge controls everything ( others members may have more knowledge)

does the motor seem to be running all the time ?

if yes then you have a compressor or gas problem. either way its a professional only repair and may not be worth it if the compressor has failed

    Re: Asko washing machine questions

chances are there other ones that will fit but

cant find you model but the brushes i found are described as switch off. From that i summarize they contain a device with a spring that pops out when brushes are too short to save damaging the motor. so if yours have failed there will be a plastic dimple popped out of the head of the brush. Also if your brushes have failed you will either find a pop out or the brush face will be dull and pitted where it has been sparking

you can look in site shop for FHP brushes

Re: HOTPOINT HUE 61XS heating issue

if the oven is heating and not overheating then it sound like all you have is an indicator light problem

if you had a stat problem it would be too hot or too cold

Bosch are not as good as they were but still better than the Hotpoint and indesit
plus it carries a 2 year guarantee
still fit Bosch machines if given the choice

    Re: Candy Oven problem

to be honest it does not look too bad but you cant always tell from a picture

if you have access to a multimeter you should get under 100 ohms across the element if its ok

    does the fan turn easily

would hate to think you have jumped the gun and you problem is the clock (if fitted)

well all we can say is its easier to get the spares when they fail. And expect to be on first name terms with the engineers lol

    Re: Candy Oven problem

this looks like an F series oven where the element loads from the back. what worries me is you say you have no fan. if the element fails then the fan in the middle of the element still works.
your crumbling plastic is common on this model and you may have to squeeze the terminals to get them tighter
if you do need to change the element use the gen one as the non gens don’t fit properly or last as long

see quite a few of these and struggle with spares. some appliances seem to be made by vestel but cant vouch for any of them
