ModeratorRe: Smeg DWI612C
first one is simple. its the power supply of the pcb thats failing.
As the unit starts more and more things turn on valves, motor, heaters etc requiring more and more power. As there is not enough power to supply all these the computer on the board crashes and it resets and starts again
not a hard job for a qualified engineer that frequents the trade side of this forum

ModeratorRe: LG direct drive F1247TD
may be a pump problem. on some lg machines there are 2 pumps yours included
one pump drains the water but the other one circulates the water and rains it on the washing.
get a torch. start machine with no washing or soap powder.
watch through the door glass. you are looking for a jet of water normally from the top of the door rubber. if your buzz is only there when this motor is running the its a pump problemDave

ModeratorRe: cda cw496/1
the capacitors are either 1uF or 1.5uF normally they are not polarised ( working on ac )
if you find the value will tell you part no etc
supplers are either rs components or Farnell
Dave
if you want to post a picture up of the board can point components out to you if its configered that way

ModeratorRe: Diplomat ADP5520 Range cooker – Main Oven
you have blown a fuse and as susch all sorts of things can blow
you said you checked the clock but have you checked the power is coming out of it going to the main oven switches
take out oven selector switch and look at the contacts see if one of the has blown
lastly check thermostat for continuity
hope it helps

ModeratorRe: cda cw496/1
so lets get it straight in my brain
you select a programme and it pumps then fills
as its filling main motor starts and stops and starts and stops
is this about right
possible timer power supply capacitor not sure if this model has one but its worth swopping if it has one

ModeratorRe: commercial dishwasher
http://www.easicook.co.uk/DEXION/dexion … eparts.pdf
most commercial dishwashers have 2 heaters. one in the rinse boiler item 230083 and one in the wash tank 456015the rinse boiler heats first and after its up to temp the stat 236043 switches on the tank heater. this continues to heat until temp is reached when stat 236042 switches it off
as the current to these heaters is quite large the stats do not directly control the heaters but switch contactors which are mounted in the top ( there are 4 of them 2 will be for the heaters )
since your fault is no heat you need to concentrate on the rinse tank as the wash tank heater will not work till this is up to temp. check contactor, heater and thermostats. there is also an overheat stat item 236039 check for closed circuit
hope this helps

ModeratorRe: Diplomat ADP8322
from what you say sounds like the motor. when these fail they can make a grumbling noise. sometimes they will start if you open and close the door a few times but its wear anr tear so needs to be replaced.
these are very good units and dont cause a lot of problems and far outlasts the modern hotpoint (junk) etcDave

ModeratorRe: Beko WM 8127 suspension leg problem
the leg is a shock absorber
it should be stiff but able to move. if its too free the machine will bounce and may be responsible for you pin failureDave
