Re: Caple DI414 dishwasher no fill.

120v from where to where. you should measure the voltage across the valve. a lot of these machine switch neutral so you will get live on both terminals when its off.
couple of thing you could check but first i would look for broken wires. a lot of these machines have a habit of breaking wires just at the bottom of the door where the wires bend due to the door hinge. be careful a lot of the wires are the same colour so take it apart with care in case you have 2 breaks and cant guess which is which

the only black component on the invertor you can check successfully is thr rectifier. The other 2 components are power mosfets that cant be checked in circuit and can be damaged by static

just change the invertor and mag

have not got much info on this one and like you dont really do fridges

have got a simple wiring diag for this it shows 3 heaters a defrost timer and a thermostat all could be all or some of the problem
if i was you and i wanted tio try and help you could try changing the main thermostat part no 2262306018 by the look of it it probably could be replaced by a qualtex ran100

I hope one of the fridge lads might confirm this. these stats are very cheap so as a trial fit its worth a go

    Dave

ps will send you the wiring diag if you think it may help. let me have your email

ther are actually 3 machines with the same model but have different production codes
    if your is 916095202/00

    then you pulley looks like

    part number 1364059004

email site shop to see if they can supply

Re: Miele PW6055 Plus LP washing machine

where ever the mains goes to first after that the voltages drop to lower than 50v normaly 12 or 24 plus 5v for the logic chips
if you look at the relays on the board they normally have a voltage on top of them that will give you the higher voltage

is the display board just a display or is there a logic board with it? if there is a logic board then there may well be a 5v reg chip on that board. if you look around at the electrolytic capacitors they have a voltage on the side and this will let you know what to expect

Re: Miele PW6055 Plus LP washing machine

have not seen module on this machine but had an earlier model that started then ther display went off W1514 series

on that machine it turned out to be a 5v regulator chip going faulty under load but it could equally have been not working which would have caused blank display

check board for regulator chips and power supply problems as it may be a switch mode power supply fault or a transformer it it has one

if you are getting .09 ohms from the mag connections to earth its faulty

you should get a low ohms reading between the pins which is the mag heater and nothing to earth

Thats interesting but if its that important it makes you wonder why there is no safety device to stop the unit being used without the fan running

have you checked the mag for earth faults ?
