    Re: Blomberg 1501AAA control PCB

if i remember the blomberg door lock is directly below the soap draw it gets wet and blows up taking pcb tracks with it
you have repaired the track but the door lock may still be faulty. you will need to look at which tracks have blown and see if they connect with the door lock

if i am right there will be a capacitor on the board normally either grey or blue in colour. looks like an oblong block with 2 wire soldered into the board
if you look at the side of it there will be writing
275v or more plus a value in microfarads they are normally either 1uF or 1.5uF

if you cant find it post good picture of the component side of the board and i will spot it for you

i suppose element may have been a bit out since it was made not a fault i have noticed or been asked about by clients

bosch oven is a smaller cavity so less room to heat up which may account for a quicker heat up time on a smaller element

thanks for posting results helps us all learn

its the programmer or more specifically the power supply to the programmer. its not uncommon and happens with age.

its a component on the printed circuit board inside the programmer to fix yourself you would have to confident in removing and replacing soldered electronic components

if you cant do it yourself if you find an engineer through this site i will help him or post the board to me

    change the outer housing

dont know what goes wrong with them but changed a few and it cures it ( every time i have done it anyway )

Re: Creda – D120 double oven

i assume since you mention the fan it is the main oven you suspect as being faulty

in my opinion there is nothing wrong with it 10 mins is quite a short time to get everything in the oven to 200 degrees.
elements normally either work or they dont so it cant be that.
I assume the light stays on till it reaches temp so the stats ok.
why were you called to this? was this the fault they were complaining about ?
