you need to be the tacho pulses are getting to pcb
by putting a meter on the tacho input to the timer board and spinning motor you can prove this

check output of tacho by spinning motor with meter on tacho terminals
if this works (if not check tacho coil and magnet )
trace wires to timer and check again
this will prove tacho impulses are getting to pcb

seal is part number 1240244002
bearings should be 6207 and ? but it will be a standard bea

May be a standard seal but you will have to look at numbers on seal

e10 fault to customer will be one of the following but you will have to access diagnostics to get correct code
E11 Poor water fill before wash cycle
E12 Difficulty in water fill during drying (maximum time
3 min. water fill in drying during the wash load
unrolling phase)E13 Water leaks

check pcb for capacitor power supply
see siple pcb repair faults above
sounds like cap going down like low battery and as soon as power is required board crashes

its got to be an airfolw problem not enough air going through element to keep it cool. thats what happens when filter light comes on because filter is blocked
