there will be a pnc number on the oven beginning 9497 let me have that
did you take a photo of the wires and not mix up the black and orange wires ?

just looked up owners manual and it might have a 5 year warranty
check to see if yours is covered

its a very simple circuit
disconnect high voltage wire from the transformer. put a 6.3 amp fuse in. start microwave and see if it blows. if no then transformer is probably ok
common faults are in order
shorted mag
shorted cap
shorted diode or short circuit protectorDave
have only shown transformer secondary connections
take the covers off and run it and look for drips but first off mop out the water and see if it happens again. had lots where i have mopped it out and not seen them again
if you do tilt it back, do it slowly and carefully as you dont want the water getting on electrics

the problem with made in signs is it can be a bit of a loop hole. more like final assembly in the uk

check filters
check wash bars for blockagesyour unit also has an alternative wash distributor. this is a valve that alters the flow to each bar. to make sure its working you should hear sound changes in the dishwasher every now and then as this valve pushes more pressure to upper or lower bars
the last thing is a module failure but not easy to check. if the heater contol relays stick closed. it is unlikley as there are 2 relays that need to close to operate the heater
