Moderatorif anything goes wrong with the refrigeration circuit its a dead duck far too expensive to repair
if its air flow then you need to make sure the filters and evaporator is clear. The evaporator is the fridge part that gets cold to condense the steam. its the first part behind the filter at the bottom

Moderatormay well be item 10006705
resistor heats up and activates thermostat which turns on fan
when oven off it cools down slowly allowing fan to run on
to prove its the problem you need to run with the lid off and disconnect one wire from the stat when it sticks on

Moderatorwhen fit the switch, take photo’s before and do it one wire at a time
wont do any harm to take the top off and look at the switch and look for burning wires. if they are discoloured its better to change it before it destroys the wire connections
if it has you will have to cut the wores back to clean copper and fit new connectorsDave

Moderatorwell you could try
turn it off at the wall for 5 min, then when you turn on again you will normally have to reset the timeif it was the clock oven should work normally now

Moderatorprobably Vestel who took over
all of the other appliances sold were vestel anyway as far as I know. The only thing they made was the dryer.
And that did not change much for 40 years. still have a whirlpool service book somewhere with the same components as it was whirlpool that made the original design.
