why do you want frost free? these days frost free is more hassle than its worth… and you should really still defrost frost free f/fs bi-yearly anyway…
get the gorenje, with the extra long warranty (still 5yr p&l i think), peel the gorenje letters off and buy “s”, “m”, “e” and “g” from halfords till twirly thing and your sorted 😛

super duper 🙂
glad its all been sorted but am also surprised a loose pump caused the level of vibration that you described. but as vibration has now gone, then thats all that matters 🙂

im hedging my bets on the transit bolts as its just been bought…?
if so be prepared for a service force bill if it is (inability to read manual) of approx 69+vat…
or alternatively check to make sure there arent 3x bolt heads visible in the back of the machine (positioned in an triangle shape) and if there is cancel that service call quick…

beko ok, bosch better.
beko vs gorenje, gorenje wins
(Beko wma 5120 vs Gorenje wa61111)gorenje also has 2yr p&l warranty just like the cheapest bosch!

ParticipantRe: New appliances
our new stock margins average (after tax) min of £50, + £30-50 for fitting and disposal (except refrigeration)
bear in mind many customers to indies are ones who have been bitten once and twice shy of comet and currys delivery personnel who refuse to go upstairs or turn a w/m tap off with the other tap lever…

ParticipantRe: 17″ wide fridge freezer
*cough* a couple of us still have 460mm wide whirlpool refridgeration hiding in our store rooms. apologies, their dust got to me 😛
but yeh, 17″ is a long forgotten dimension, how old is the appliance you’re replacing? if its less than 15 years old, then you must surely have a wider space available than 17″???… min should be about 18 1/4 inches…
