its normally valve problems tbh, i presume your gettin a H2O fault
if the valves checkóut and theres water there and the doors locking, its a good chance its a pcb fault
can you get the commercial code, cos if its an arcadia style, then the smart money is on the pcb!

if this is still evident for peoplew, please contact hoover who will reprogramme the pcb with a new eprom file to rectify this complaint

sometimes, if your lucky, you can repair the tracks on the timer

take it off and have a look, its quite cmmon on those machines

Participantit wouldnt always be visible… but its a known problem for heaters to cause that issue if the pump and pipework are clear!
best test is with a suitable megger
id just change it if the drain side of things is ok

Participantyou can check the thermistor form the pcb end, its two white wires, dissapearing down the back
