Participantunplug the machine first of all
undo the 3 screws at the back of the lid
there is a clamp band using 7mm nts around the seal, you’ll see it if u look down the front
thats as far as i can go, just take great care, theres a hell of a lot of very sharp edges and pieces of metal stuck out everywhere, id recommend some sort of protective glove

Participantf13 is deffo a dryer fault, and its usually the thermal fuse or the thermistor on the heater box has broken

Participantthe pump will either be blocked, or duff, of the float switch will be jammed
theyre both at the back, in the plastic housing, bottom right.

yup. you got a system problem

at the very least it will need regassing, though experience suggests the compressor wont be pumping very well, and will need replacing
sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but thats the trouble with cheap turkish compressors

freezer doors can be left open for a variety of different reasons – obstructions, faulty hinge/seal, etc
things like this do happen cos we’re human

Participantbecause the evaporator would have been choked with ice.. since the door had been left open, the appliance would have been trying to bring the whole room down to temperature, by freezing all moisture
then the fan would be unable to circulate because it was blocked in the vent
