having looked at the manual, it doesnt mention it at all
however, if u need to use the prewash, u would need to use the heavy soiled program, i.e cottons heavy soil
then itll do a prewash 1st
its a bad sign if the indicator light isnt on
normally, if its just the element then the light would illuminate
theres no better test than doing it with a multimeter
it is if you take your time, and be careful
plug out, top off
the cold valve is siutuated at the top.. follow the pipe that goes to the dryer condenser
the restrictor should be in the neck of the valve.. if not, it will have made its way into the pipe, try and find it and refit it, by pushing it back into the valve
id still check the pump for blockages
they do pump for some time before they fill
however , i had one on xmas eve that was a door lock problem
failing that, yes, pcb
