In that case maybe I was looking at the wrong element as it means that you are actually looking for 271620 which I can’t help with.

    Sorry

Go direct to Bosch/Neff (Phone:0844 892 8979) – let them know that you are trade on the phone and they will knock a bit off the price.

I would be very interested if you can find it bazza as I have metered the activators and get a reading of 1K to 1.1K through them and 3.5K to 3.9K through each of the valves with perfect insulation readings for all.

Always worth testing just the mains cable on its own as I have had a couple of Bosch mains cables go down (not necessarily this model) – neither showed any obvious signs of damage.

    Re: Zanussi zdt6244 integrated dishwasher

A bit of a long shot and I know that it sounds daft but does it have any rinse aid in it? I had a Zanussi dishwasher (different model) which I replaced the main pump on that then wouldn’t do anything – turned out that even though the rinse aid light had been on for a couple of months before it must have an internal counter which had hit zero at the same time as I changed the pump so it refused to do anything till I had topped up the rinse aid.

It is fitted between the inlet valve (mounted on the back panel of the machine) and the tank in the side – trace the blue hose back from the tank and you will find it (rear left corner).

Sounds like it is showing an E52 error which is “No signal from the tacho”, I assume that you have checked the carbon brushes?

Take the left hand side panel off, it may be the flow meter which will be between the tank and the water valve or it could be that the pressure chamber is gunged up which is just below and and to the front of the tank.

Re: aeg 50610 d/w no rinse

Lack of Rinse Aid? – I know it may sound strange but I have seen several Electrolux based dishwashers that refused to do anything unless it had rinse aid in it, it seems to me that in some of their machines they have an internal counter that will allow it to do so many washes after the light has come on then it will stop dead.

I have not dealt with one of these but reading the user manual it says that it should show “LOC” for the child lock, what I also got the impression was that you set the oven temp on the display so I am wondering if it needs a temperature setting or if it is moaning about the temperature senser.

    Simple Answer – No
They all have different temperature curves and values.

OK – a couple of long shots for you
    1. Its not overfilling is it?
    2. Is the tub inlet hose collapsing/kinking as tub drops due to the extra weight of water
