would be intersting to see from the fire report & in the tech pages here, if anyone has ‘thrown a stat at the floor’ or ‘drilled & poked a pin in’ to re-set the one shot???

    Re: WMM39A Wiring help please

HI, from the motor plug at the module, there is a 10 wire plug to motor & interlock, 1st 3 wires go to interlock, then no4 goes to motor plug no1 (tacho), then in order (module goes from 4 – 10, in sequence with motor plug from 1 – 7,) so that the last one on the module is no7 on motor,
harness from module to motor/interlock is C00201352

yes that sounds right, may also just be a heater wire broken, had it several times before, either way not too bad to fix

    Re: What Year Anyone ?

oh, no no no, dont ever go under £200, really you will have no end of problems & be lucky if it lasts 2 years, have you looked at the ISE2 or ISE5 machines?, here on this site, good little machines with a full 2 year garantee,
again, please dont go buying a £200 box or you’ll be spending all your spare time on here trying to fix it 😥

I think that the OP asked for a balanced opinion, whilst K & others have given a comparison of both machines pro’s & con’s this guy adam seems hell bent on giving a totally one sided view, i know which one i’d buy!

depends which light is flashing?, the 4 on that model are Heavy, Daily, Rapid & Soak, it sounds like it will be the 2nd, (daily) most likely cause will be heater earth fault, will fill & may start to heat but the module thinks the earth fault is a broken valve!!

    Re: Hotpoint RFA60 Blown

the list price for the board is £69 plus vat!, hotpoints charge is £99 including parts if under 5 years old, however they will not give you a new machine, you may get a slight reduction in the price for the split but not alot!

    Re: Qualtex on line ordering?

I have now given up with Qualtex for ordering, the new system is the worst ive ever seen/used for searching,
With the old I could look up prices in customers houses, now have to be online!
The search is really poor, 2 examples,
1- i need hinges for a 4040DB Roseries cooker, old system, put model in 457 parts found, new system, only 15 parts, no hinges listed!

2- Zanussi FJ12100 motor needed, old system 183 parts found, new system 20 parts & no motor listed!!!

now eventually after much time wasting i found the zanussi part number & put it into the new system, however, old site price £62.20, new site price is £106!!!, crazy prices!!!

The new site seems like it’s trying to be Argos or similar for the public to use
