As the top is gas you will need a gas safe engineer to inspect or change any part, only thing I can tell you is to pull a control know off 1 that isn’t staying light and try lightning it with control know off

I think you will find that the is 1 wire that goes to grill element fan element and base element probably a neutral feed so it won’t matter what setting you select it will trop when it’s hot, if you don’t use the bottom element it is more than likely that but disconnecting like dave said you can rule 1 out at the time

Most bosch washing machine boards need programming and there is instructions with new pcb normally, other thing I would suggest to check pressure switch is make sure machine is off pull the pressure switch hose off blow down the pressure switch pipe to check there is no blockages you should hear bubbling water, also leave pressure switch pipe off and select pump out programme and see if pump runs. I have had the float stick on some of the smeg dishwashers as dave has said they do go through a re generation which takes a bit of time before they fill also look at the o rings on the salt chamber as these do leak with age

If the seal was that tight I would have contacted whoever you bought it from as they have modified it due to steam escaping and causing problems with the modules
