ModeratorI will agree with Don I have been in retail for 14 years and I always hear a customer say I won’t buy this brand ever again for some reason or another as Don has mentioned target your issue at the manufacturer and the nicer you speak to them and put your point across the more likely you are to resolve your issue

ModeratorIt sounds like one of the tocs on the back of oven you normally see a burn Mark on the connection or the toc itself

ModeratorYou will have to have a engineer out to comfirm fault and then re fuse a repair then they will exchange it

ModeratorF08 is motor related and f03 is a draining fault and this error can be thrown up with low insulation heater ive checked the model on gias and this has a brushless motor so wount be motor check the wiring to motor if that is fine and you still get f08 maybe main module

ModeratorIt sounds like to me a wire has been caught on re assembly and rubbed on the drum causing pcb to go i agree with dave highly unlikely the capacitor would cause this

ModeratorSo update on this fitted a motor pcb and all is working well can only assume it was overloading
