The condenser duct is blocked to access this the heater box needs to be removed and the condenser needs to be cleaned this will be the reason your thermostat trip the 1st time and is still doing it now

If you have the same driver I always have a chat to him and I’ve even got there number and before this lockdown I’ve meet the dpd driver and had my part early they only needed the sticker off the box to scan a the time they are supposed to turn up, and I always give them a tip at Christmas time which keeps them happy

E20 error is a problem with the pump or pressure switch or connections to them, you know what customers are like haven’t used it.

There are a few things that can cause this problem if your washing isn’t spin in your washing machine at at least 1200 spin there is not enough moisture out of them so the dryer thinks they are dry, if you are doing this then the front ntc that senses that the close are dry will need changing along with the pcb and this will sort the problem ive done 1 under warranty for hoover

New bosch washing machines are fitted with 10amp fuses check the rating plate on the back of appliance and will show this or use ohms law to work out correct rating

Look at the metrahit iso if you are looking for 1 meter that does everything that you need as a appliance engineer not cheap £750 but I’ve had the older model since 2009 and has never let me down german built too

I would not put a pcb on it as you have said its special order let hoover deal with it these machines are a absolute nightmare to work on ive changed a tub on 1 was there a good 2 hours because of the design, plus I ordered a facia for a hoover washing machine and its taken 8 weeks to come so not worth the bother in my eyes let hoover deal with it.

If I get tripping of stat more than once I change the heater you are eliminating that as a fault then, if it trips with new heater it will definitely will be air flow probably condenser blocked internally if you can’t clear it change it
