U can access the bottom by taking the front plinth off and looking in by shining a torch in when does it leak if its straight away? If so I would check hoses like dave has said in attached picture if it does it after 5 -10 mins still think spray arm is suspect see picture of where I have arrow to check spray arm I do warranty work on these and the spray arm is a common problem kai

If the thermostats on the dryer need resetting alot it means the condenser is blocked to clear this mains plug out top off and remove heater box I think there is 4 maybe 6 10mm bolt holding it in place the heater box also attaches to the door seal with a metal band pull up towards back of machine once you remove that all will be come evident you will see a build up of fluff clean as much as u can and test kai

There us a possibility of the toc terminal switch as u call it failing these I change alot the other thing to check is there is a big multiplug with about 16 wires in the back right hand corner check none of these have burnt out this is common too.
regarding thermostats they can be changed I can go through a step by step guide to access them if needs be

    Thank you Dave

Just checked and on 80C setting it runs about 100C.
Checked again at 180C and this time it held it correctly. Same at 230 setting
It looks a bit erratic as it went 60 deg over previously

From what you are saying it does some like the tangential fan is sticking

You will need to cut it on one side and you will probably find one of the thin wires broken kai

Only way of determining if it’s the suppressor or main module is check if it has power to the module unless you are electrically competent this isn’t something I advise, my personal opinion it will be module kai

This wount be a fault on the moisture sensor, what is worth considering is the programme you use on your washing machine as if the program you are using has a spin speed less than a minimum of 1200 spin there is not enough moisture out of the clothes before you put them into dryer, its always worth re spinning your washing before you put them into your dryer as this will save you money on electric, try what I’ve mentioned and I’m sure you will find everything will work well Kai

This will be a expensive repair the pcb board for these are not easy to change whole top needs to come off and like dave has mentioned there is a sequence to programme the zone with is a nightmare to do would personally insure it with d&g and have manufacture to do repair
