    I pulled the plug on Tuesday not worth the risk plus I cant remember the last time a customer stayed 2 meters away from me some people are now taking this serious I’ve had older people wanting to shake my hand too got to look after health before wealth.

    With the facia off there are 2 screws 1 each end on the top left and top right hand side plus 2 screws with metal brackets close to there other screws the whole front will raise up and there are brackets on both ends that hold it up if this doesn’t make any sense to you post some pictures and I can point to exact location kai

    The customer can legally connect and dis connect a gas cooker as long as it In the 1st instant is done by a gas safe engineer. I personally don’t advise this as if the bayonet fitting is leaking which I’ve had a few times then you will get gas coming through

    Well repair tech has issued a technical bulletin note to engineer hand sanitize your hands before entering customers house, stay at least 2 metres away from customers at all times when repair is finished use anti bacterial spray to wipe all surfaces you have touched and then hand sanitize before you leave and dont worry about getting customers to sign

    Customer is using to much detergent especially if they use liquid on a hot wash the excess detergent will be pushed back up powder draw as the way the machine spins have seen it happen would advise 1/2 the amount they are using as the load and amount of detergent have big effects on the new machines powder is stronger and machines are more efficient at washing kai.
