note to engineer hand sanitize your hands before entering customers house, stay at least 2 metres away from customers at all times when repair is finished use anti bacterial spray to wipe all surfaces you have touched and then hand sanitize before you leave and dont worry about getting customers to signCustomer is using to much detergent especially if they use liquid on a hot wash the excess detergent will be pushed back up powder draw as the way the machine spins have seen it happen would advise 1/2 the amount they are using as the load and amount of detergent have big effects on the new machines powder is stronger and machines are more efficient at washing kai.
