ModeratorI know dave there is no lower draw it has a bakers oven on right hand side and grill and lower oven on left so only 1 ffd fitted but I know there are 2 different types hoping kitchen economy can help me they are very good with cooker spares

ModeratorI’m going to disconnect the whole Appliance and take it to a local supplier to see if they can match it up no receipt or instructions with it customer is happy to be without it for a few days

ModeratorError 23 is a door switch (white secondary) faulty if this helps

ModeratorThe condenser is probably blocked you have to remove the heater box and at the back of the machine you will see all the fluff remove as much as you can reset the stats and dryer will be back to normal please make sure you unplug before carrying out any work

ModeratorThey do look like they need changing but I would check the tensioners black wheel things on motor which the belt runs on, your rear bearing is fi e I would suggest putting some copper slip grease on that rear bearing, also check the front of the drum where them wheels sit as this could be your problem
