ModeratorGiven that machine is 12 years old I would suggest doing a high temperature wash with a cleaner as pressure system maybe partial blocked

ModeratorTry this the reset procedure when all the lights illuminate do not turn the dial to off instead turn to position 6 and press start this should start the fill and heat process as this is a test procedure if this doesn’t active its possible a module fault

ModeratorAnd the plastic profile rails break , a tip when taking the door off push handle slightly upwards and lift up as will come out easier p.s there are alot of parts that fail on theses doors so good luck

ModeratorThe e04 error is a power module fault one of the relays it has nothing to do with the heat or drain pump

ModeratorIf heat pump has resistance as you say it will be a saftey relay faulty on the power module

ModeratorAdvise the customer that 900w power is not for re heating food they must use 600w for a longer period that is more than likely the reason magnetron has failed

ModeratorThe reason why they do this is that they don’t want independents to fix them especially now rolling out wifi on all product lines, absolute nightmare

ModeratorI done one this week it will be stat gone on the heater as hoover don’t sell stats it’s a complete heater
