    Re: samsung WD8704 pump problem

Thats a weird one Dave ,check the loom feeding the pump hint chafed ,and I have known poor crimp terminals,I assume you’ve got 240 at the pump ? they are just a normal askoll pump so nothing clever, otherwise yeah its the board and you need the part number off the board itself

Just because the grill element works it doesn’t follow that the fan element should
These elements are one of the simplest to fit and so long as you put the wires back on terminals in the same places it should work.

Check the neutral connections in your terminal block it sounds like when you have opened the rear panel you have disconnected a wire

I get through a pair every 6 months with one pair of laces changed, and they are comfy to drive in ,they are not quite so high at the back as some others and the protective toe is non obtrusive

    Re: Fishing

Ive been giving this some thought,The only way I can see it working is if there was a web shop of products all with pre agreed prices.
I point my customer to said website they choose the product and buy it and enter a code (that I give them) I then get a “commission” as well as any service work.
They then have the option to install themselves or pay me to do it (I’m thinking integrated)
At the moment I point my customers to AO (who don’t install in my area) I get the install business but I don’t get the warranty work and potentially lose a customer so I’m interested…
