    Re: CK Tools

Ok we are about to press the button ,what I need to discuss is how we do this .
1.we publicise the link up with CK tools.
2.Member looks at CK website ,noting the part nos they require
3.They then email admin ,the item is then put on the UKW shop
    4.Member purchases it
    5.CK post it

We will get at least 40{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} discount.

    some questions

How much does UKW want for handling the transaction ?
How much discount do we give the member ?
Do we give a two tier discount i.e 1 for WTA members and 1 for ukw members ?

    thoughts please

This thread saved me from doing a job for this shower a couple of weeks ago, I nearly fell for the lies they told me on the ‘phone. How do they keep getting away with it?
    Rob

Because customers keep falling for it and engineers keep taking the work

Not a problem ,lots of people on here are direct

Perhaps look at why it failed, could it be the need wasn’t there in the first place ?

It is worthy of discussion but the best way to start a discussion is to respect the other sides opinion and to avoid demeaning them in ways such as this …

    Think about it.;-)

The “I know something you don’t” attitude doesn’t help you Lee.

It makes you sound smug and an Ar$e,Now you may very well be a smug Ar$e who is direct, I don’t know.

What I do know is a piece of paper does not an engineer make.

My experience of vocational qualifications is that you are taught to pass the qualification criteria not necessarily to learn the subject in depth .

As am I ,we have had a spate of jobs where the cust was told categorically that if it was a mis install or misuse then its chargeable ,they then decide they didn’t here that when the call was booked and then refuse to pay.

    Re: Environcom

I saw this guy give a presentation ,very slick ,had a lot say apart from when he was pressed on his reuse over recycling figures.
He also didn’t like the inference that by hoovering up most of the returns from DSG and taking the appliances from local authority sites Environcom were actually preventing reuse from happening.
