    It’s fixed at the back with 2, 7mm nuts power off though when investigating

    Sounds like relay or TOC on compressor broken if it has a 6 Months warranty call it in would not think it was down to transportation

    Why do you think it is over heating? Water level is normally below the heater it relies on the circ pump to circulate the water.

    Tryed a common part number Zaunssi drain pump 50218959000 used to be 2 weeks ago £4.98 now Trade price £14.57 its working well i dont think so

    When you said it went bang did it blow a fuse, does it still work, and what was the metal possible dryer duct broken up it goes around the front counter weight
    Power off when checking though 🙂

    Sounds like front counter weight has broken not a DIY job but not that expensive to have repaired
