kladave wrote:Hi all any suggestions on what adhesive to use when fixing the front bearing felt into position
thanks daveThe felt usually has a sticky tape attached (peel off the paper a bit at a time ) but it is a pain if you don’t get the old tape cleaned off, you could use “Debor” adhesive. 😉

Can anyone and, I do mean anyone, explain to me why I have to pay for information to buy goods?
K.Because they think you have to much money Ken 😆 being a north of the borderer that is 😉
OK I don’t know the price of this Partsfinder but the Elux. TDS is very fair, they must put as much work into its development as Hotmerithingy. Do you get the slightest inclination that Indesit are grabbin barstewards? :rolls:

Just to add, the flowmeter unfortunately isn’t a spare 👿 You will have to purchase the whole water matrix :rolls: p/no 481241868147.Greg
Thanks GregI have just spotted that, bit pricey though 😥 thanks for the praise for the avatar 😉 it has the desired effect 😆

Thanks Brian Thats clarified the confusion 😕 I though it was the reed switch on the metering tank, it must be operated by a magnet. I have checked the connections but will do so again and take a a flow meter with me (30 mile round trip)
Who dented your porsche then 😆

ParticipantRe: Bosch W/m WFD2073 creeking
Had this problem on a Bosch a couple of weeks back, it turned out that when it was installed the supplier adjusted the feet but did not tighten up the locking nuts. Have a look at these 😉

I lost my confidence in “Which” years ago , they did the top ten of washers. Tricity Bendix came top, Zanussi came bottom. Same machine 😕

Perhaps it`s an idea to get your customer to contact their electricity supplier or who ever was responsible for the power cuts/surges.
Sure your customer would have a strong case for recompense if there was a known problem with the supply at the time. It`s not totally uncommon for electronics to fail under these circumstances.HTH

Hi Bryan
In our area the supply company have an added clause to thier contracts saying that they will not be responsible for any domestic appliance failure 😥 and they stick to it.
I had three customers with failed compressors on their fridges, all the same type(Candy) and in the same area all from the same power cut. I even gave them each others names so they could have a collective “go” and a report from me. The supply company just laughed at them, must have good lawers 😥 -
