ParticipantRe: Partscenter Friend or Foe??????
OK Guys!
Cool this thread please and give Washvac_ Wayne and his colleagues at Parts Center a chance to sort things out for us. Clearly from this you realise THEY are listening to our problems and concerns, so lets just back-off and see what they make of it OK?
Carry on Washvac_wayne…please! 😀

OK Jim, if you have cleaned the condenser and confirmed the valve flows to the condenser, are you sure water is flowing through the ‘Restrictor Nozzle?’ They usually fur up after a couple of years use anyway and need replacing( well down south they do, possibly not in the frozen north?) But worth replacing nonetheless 💡

OK Susie forget that idea, instead concentrate on checking the drum is clear of any problems. If it is clear, then do please make sure to wash all fabrics on the correct programme. Check their ‘care labels’ and put on the appropriate programme for that label. Also use a quality detergent and not the regular supermarket ‘own brand’ rubbish!
Hope that sorts it for you?…Now go read the User Booklet that came with the machine for the finer points 😉
P.S Use a ‘Laundry Bag’ to wash real delicate stuff in 🙂

ParticipantRe: Artiston Washer Dryer – Margherita
Susie,
Overloading is the primary reason for damage to clothing in a machine!
Secondly, the drum on your machine is just slightly thicker than tin foil, so it is prone to damage very easily. The three ‘Drum Paddles’ often loosen and can pinch delicate clothing (especially synthetics).
Finally, don’t waste your money on calling out the manufacturers (far too costly) Instead try Repairs@

Not likely…TOC40 TOC Kit from Qualtex, your local agent should be able to stick a pair in an First Class envelope for just 30pence P & P for it to drop on your coconut matting first thing tomorrow 💡
