ParticipantRe: TEST METER CALIBRATION
If you are so very concerned about calibration and yet cannot afford the timelapse on getting your (one and only) testmeter calibrated? Then why not buy a second as a spare?
Clearly from reading the ‘rip-off’ re-calibration charges, it would be very cost effective 💡

Sparks would fly and Frankensteins monster would crawl out the bottom I shouldn’t wonder. Then, when the load is dried the user will have to stand well back holding a grounded earth rod before daring to remove the clothes 😆
Using RF? Well 2.4GHz will cook nicely, below that will burn a few holes in your undies I guess. 🙁

Yet another reminder of TRADE RULE NO.1 = Do please provide the actual model number, as there are hundreds of them :lesson:
Without that information I will take a stab at it to help you out…errrr! Pump?, maybe drain blocked? 🙂

pen0668,
Before doing that I would suggest having a word with Tony @ EMW

ParticipantRe: Zanussi FJ1093 Fills slowly!
Andyod,
OK what do we have here?..The water pressure is fine, both valves are brand new. When the hot valve supply is fitted on the cold valve, the cold valve works. So lets conclude the fill side of the machines function is fine
Moving on…

Now here’s a clue? and here on in could be complicated. Personally I would go straight to the Pressure Switch and the Manifold system. And checking the Heating Element whilst on my knees.
I will not elaborate further but instead recommend calling in a local independent engineer to cast his expert eye on the matter. Try this link for one such person : Repairs@

ParticipantRe: ukw merchandise.
Indeed so Ken, why else would you want van stickers unless this is what you meant? And all part of the Project X thing too, so that goes hand in hand with it I shouldn’t wonder 😉

Why’s that then? If you have an account you know your discount against retail anyway? Availability is the only issue though as that is never guaranteed, even if you ring, so don’t hold up on that one! Instead get your customer to pay at least a deposit for the job then if the motor takes 3 weeks to arrive…what the hell, its not your fault!
