Trust me it’s worth the wait, although I cannot understand why you are having trouble?
I will send you it via email if you cannot see it 🙂
I guess Broadband hasn’t reached Batley yet then? :martin:
Meanwhile, Dave Conway and I suggest you steer clear of any Gatso’s :rotfl:

Nothing is for free in this world Richard, even the air we breath comes at a price.
Running a business and giving out free information eventually means the business falters and dies. P45’s suggestion is somewhat different though to what your are assuming. The explanation however is rather complex and involves the major obstacle of the legal ‘copywrite’ issues and relaying information to ‘3rd parties’ within that copywrite.
I believe we can overcome the likes of a certain high profile manufacturers stance on this issue and that we can purchase a copywrite and freely relay that information to anyone who ‘subscribes’ or is deemed an associate part of a certain ‘organisation’ (as it were) 😉
That vital information will not come for free but will nonetheless be far far cheaper and contain far much more information within one collective source to anyone within the trade who subscribes to it.
I abhor the blatant, exorbitant overcharging some companies choose in order to impart information on their products. Furthermore it smacks of unfair and outrageous monopolisation practices and should be brought to account through the courts.
Meanwhile if you want all that for free? ……then its probably at the end of the rainbow!

I don’t wish to argue over the projected ‘stats’ you estimate in this regard. In fact it does sound very impressive indeed that such would be possible. That’s got to be a good thing for sure. 🙂
OK, here’s another point to consider….the ‘hole’ in our coverage perhaps may be a problem? 😕

Yell dot com?..You are actually suggesting we pay money to those robbing bar-stewards to advertise UKW’s repairs@???????????
Quote John McEnroe : “You cannot be serious!!!”
Can I suggest that if repairs@ was giving a full ‘keywords’ blurb on the UKW homepage, Google would pick that up in days and work will flood in …for nowt!
To hell with them and please don’t give £25 of my money to them OK? 👿

ParticipantRe: A sign of the times?
Easy guys, give them a break will you please?
DASA will publish a summary of their recent AGM on this site, possibly even the minutes of that meeting as well. Perhaps not as quickly as some would like but nonetheless I’m sure a communication will be forthcoming.
Meanwhile, chill out, and please don’t shoot the messenger 😉

ParticipantRe: parts/information cd’s.
SIOS disk for Whirlpool. Connect publish their own DVD, Qualtex have Freefind on CD, MFI do a CD for their product range, SEME do one (I think 🙄 ) for starters… 🙂
Indesit are unique in their extortionate overcharging whilst most of the above quite naturally are FREE!
