The ‘Triac’ is available as a seperate part at around a tenner (Part No: 155272) so no need to shell out too much on a Module as a possible cheap get-out. Just take a chance and stick one in!! 😉
Never fitted one myself but that is the baby the tacho talks too 😉 and I have resoldered loads of blown Module tracks like Penguin has though after the motor has thrown a wobbly. 🙂

Laurence,
I’m 95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} certain its the Module. However do check carefully the motor plug connections 😉 If the motor leads were securely ‘cable tied’ to the motor beforehand, then you can discount that possibility, I reckon.
In my experience Modules only go ‘belly up’ when the armature shows an insulation breakdown as usually they are extremely reliable and expensive to replace considering the age of the machine.
EMW may be able to check it out, and sorry, I checked my stock and I don’t have one I’m afraid 🙁
Double check the state of that motor I would, before leaping forth. 🙄

Participantkevanali wrote:Thanks for your help, is there any test i can do to check the door lock or control board?
Kevanali,
You didn’t reply to eastlmark’s comment as to whether or not the door actually locks? 😕 If it does, then it is likely to be OK and not the fault in this case.
Door Interlocks suffer one of two specific faults: –
1) They simply do not lock.
2) The terminals within short out (crossed polarity) which usually results in it ‘blowing’ the Programme Control Board 🙁
Hotpoint engineers when faced with a blown Circuit Board almost always replace the Door Interlock as well, as a matter of course (a wise precaution 😉 )

Robmac,
🙂 The Bosch Cutlery Basket (part no: 481957) to fit your machine is actually £10.69 (including VAT) 🙂
Not so expensive really 😉

ParticipantRe: Bosch SRS4602GB/13 Module set up
Robmac,
I have been in touch with Bosch, the setup codes should have been included WITH the Control Module they supplied???
Bosch are sending me the missing instruction sheet and if you email me directly then I can send you a copy of the set-up procedure 😉

Robmac,
Have you got the model number correct? As the Bosch website does not recognise the number?Would it actually be SRS46A02GB/13????

ParticipantRe: “Cookers” – supplied by Bernstein Group PLC –
Ikemslie,
The exact make of cooker they will supply you will probably be OK. Its like anything these days ‘you only get what you pay for’ and most (nationwide) kitchen companies fit budget priced stuff anyway. If you want ‘household branded’ the price goes a whole lot higher and the quality too. 😉
Not too much of a risk with cookers though 🙂

ParticipantRe: Indesit D63 Dishwasher……………..Help
Forzamc,
It is likely the main Circulating Pump has got a blockage and maybe jamming as a result (i.e Piece of glass stuck in it?) It is worthwhile getting someone to check it out for you. The worst senario would be a new Motor/Pump unit required (not expensive), but an engineer would need to check it out?
What is your Postcode?
