Look closely at the main control board. If the solenoid got wet then sure as hell the board did.

Get your syringe out dop, fill it with hot water and flush down the air pressure tube for a good blow out!

I’m assuming this may take a while. 😉

No need to go to all that trouble Mark. Pushing the carbon bellows downwards is enough to ensure the two surfaces are free.

Just hit the watch button and I guarantee it never gets a single bid. The guy wants 250 quid as a starting bid which proves he lives on another planet than ours.

A c r a p machine with few redeeming features BUT, like you guys, I fixed 100’s of them in my time so I appreciate the brand as a money earner.

Can’t rule out the control board at this stage but my money is on the heater being at fault. Also the air chamber needs checking to see if it is all clear while your at it. A local repair guy could do all that for you anyway. 💡

    Kia ora!

More especially guys going to a service call thinking it’s a regular condenser dryer and searching in vain for the element. 🙂

Likely as not the brushes didn’t need changing. They were probably worn but not enough to be a problem in this instance. The fault could be an earth leak of the heater? (Only checking with an insulation meter would do to test the heater.)

It’s an Ozzie machine so I guess you’re down under in more ways than one cobber…maybe?

Can we assume you have read and utilised the door glass cleaning instructions on pages 33 -35 of the User Instruction Booklet?

I find it helps if you lubricate the seal with a little soapy water (Fairy liquid) on the seal lip. Then it’s easy ( even with chunky fingers) 🙂
