    Sure! Mad mums, door slamming every cycle. The interlock has a bloody hard time. No wonder they play up don’t you reckon?

    Back panel off, seperate heater and check state of TOC on the heater plate.

    It could simply be that the door hinge bearing has worn and the door dropped a fraction sufficient enough not to allow the magnetic switch to make contact? Or the weight if the decor door has allowed the machine to shift slightly and the levelling feet are out of alignment?….or that the door switch is indeed faulty? That should cover it. 😉

    E06 = Door switch problem, door not closing properly.

    This problem has cropped up before with Lux ovens. I seem to recall the top hinge is part and parcel of a complete door assy? Not sure though. 🙁

    Keep doing rinse cycles and checking filter as you’ve loosened all the grey sludge in the tub. Loads more to follow I’m afraid. Bosch are famous for sludging up big time! 🙁
