The cable harness does come with instructions on how to take the wires OUT of the connector block, not in, using a special tool 00340785) at over 70 quid. 😯

The wire positions however are repeated on the opposite connector block as far as I know.

Not sure of motor resistance- any ideas.

The flashing LED’s refers to a Heatpump error is all I know so make of that as you will. However the motor resistance is 41.5 ohms or 53.5 ohms dependent on the winding manufacturer (taken from the less than specific manual) 😕

Cr ap machine, cr-ap manual. 😡

I’ve no clue what a “lucar’ is and your post was days ago and you’ve probably messed with it more since. But firstly it would help is you gave us the full model number (aka ENr) of the beast. But it does sound to me from what I can decipher that the cooling fan needs replacing.

I’m guessng we’re talking Baumatic here? Baumatics do have base elements and yes it’s possible there’s issues there. 😉

Check out the PCB at the bottom. The bridge rectifier could have blown?

Please post this stuff in Trade Technical. :lesson:

What resistance readings are you getting from the heater terminals?

    Between terminals 2-3 and 3-4 should read 10.5 ?
Between terminal 2-4 should be 21? approx

Have you looked for surface damage on the PCB?

More usually it is leak around the fill matrix on the LHS or the tub gasket or even the main circulating pump. Finding the leak can be tricky that’s for sure.

Not in this country they don’t. Manila, Nairobi, Mumbai and such like yes. Unless that is you refer to the old fashioned dolly paddle and tub outside the back door, now that would work. 😈

IQ 300 is a series of machines but for more accurate advice we need the model number (ENr) number first. (Etched on the inside if the stainless inner door panel)
