hi, I am prety sure there is a problem with configuring these boards due to a software error.
The solution is to fit a pre-configured board part no. 348 29 32-60/9

    Hope this helps

Yes Mike if the motor runs perfectly in one direction then I would be looking more to the relay that reverses motor direction on the power board, and as I say it is usually the soldered joint on one of the pins.

Hi Mike, i have had a few where the problem has been a soldered joint burnt away on the relay pins or on the connectors on the top pcb.
make sure machine is umplugged when going in.
    cheers

If we have any say on specs, then it would be nice to have our machine with the nice quiet 3 phase motor instead of the carbon brush motor.

I have had a couple recently where the impeller in the circulating pump has broken – causing noise and no spray action.

    Re: Speeding

Very interesting read Clive and I agree the main purpose is money – but the next thing after the excessive income generated is – less motorists on the road through the points – which means they don’t have to spend money on extra capacity.
If any of this were about safety, then they would access each individual case as to the conditions, traffic, road, and drivers experience.

    Re: Speeding

It makes me sick with all this rubbish about the speedo needle must point to no more that ‘X’ mph or you are in danger of killing some one.
My son was entrapt by a gatso at 6.50am one morning for 40mph in a 30 limit. This road was a 40mph road until recently, and at this time of the morning there is very little on the road anyway. I really can’t understand why the general public put up with these anti car extremists whose agenda seems to be to remove as many innocent experienced drivers from the roads as they can.
I think the objective must be to reduce the quantity of road users – so all the income from road taxes don’t have to go into new road building – which is desperately needed.
