Re: Whats the most annoying thing customers do?

called to a Indes**it toploader customer said that on/off button had come loose so i looked for the plug and of course it was behind the machine so i put one hand on the machine and one hand on the radiator for leverage whilst pulling it out and got a belt 😯
turned out customers son got it cheap from france and because it had a 2 pin plug on it he put a piece of earth cable from the motor earth pin to the radiator :eeek:
    what a total knob

Re: Can anyone repair Gas appliances as long as they don’t..

    Morning
my x boss once asked DASA which we were members of what the position was on this and so he said as long as you DO NOT break the gas circuit you can work on them but DO NOT disconnect the bayonet fitting,
I also remember getting calls from GIAS to work on them stupid candy trio things and we were not corgi reg. 😕
so trying to work on one without disconnecting from the suppy was very difficult

    Re: ARISTON LB12TUK HEATER BRACKET

    HELP ❗
Waited 10 days for part from hotpoint and its wrong 😥
when I look up the part No for this model C00037177 comes up but its a long bracket the width of the element and the bracket I need is a small round one which the element pushes up to, is this a modification ❓
    thanks
