ParticipantHi Dave,
Thanks for that, the only problem there is that we changed the main P.C.B. two months ago as it had an earth fault. I will have to investigate this further. Many Thanks

ParticipantThanks Dave, Much appreciated, I have just looked up the spares manual and it has a Pressure switch and a Flow meter, seems odd to have two items to do the same job, I am hoping that the pressure tube has got blocked. I will go back and investigate further.

ParticipantHi Dave YES you are right the error code reading is from right to left on the display, I have just re-read the manual (why they have to do it arse about face I do not know) and now I can get some where MANY THANKS . still not quite sure what is wrong as these are conflicting error codes. I think i will start with the brushes and see if that cures the problem. Regards Neil

ParticipantHi Folks, Just an update on this post, I fitted 00631199 Valve-outlet For heat exchanger and the fault cleared, I did check the old unit and it was open circuit. Just a word of warning when you remove the valve from the side water tank, it empty’s it’s contents into the base of the dishwasher I cannot really see a way around that. Thanks to Jem for responding, I had seen the valve reported on another website, but nice to be pointed in the right direction Regards Neil [h=1][/h]

ParticipantThanks for everyone who got back to me about this enquiry especially all you Siemens engineers out there (yes you know who I am talking about) after some digging I finally found the solution
- Turn off the machine (dial to 0)
- Open the door
- Turn control knob to position 1
- Close the door
- Turn off the machine
- Turn the control knob to the six-o-clock program, which is spin
- Press the option down button and keep it pressed (This is the button left of the display)
- Turn the control knob one position left to seven-o-clock (empty/pump out program)
- Release the option down button
- Turn off the machine.
and hey presto we are all up and working, I hope this helps someone else

ParticipantHi Dave,
No I had not tried the other rest procedures, I have now tried them and still no joy. Has anybody got any other ideas apart from changing the control module ??neilbow
ParticipantRe: Beko WM74145W
Hi Dave thanks for the manual, I already tried that with a known working NTC. I had the motor off because the customer had already had the motor out to check the brushes and when I spun the motor by hand it sounded like one brush was the wrong way round, upon inspection of the motor I can see he has put one of the brushes back in the wrong position, once I had re-sited the brush I can hear and see that three of the segments on the armature are raised, my guess is that the motor is faulty and probably taken the module with it, But how far do you go with a £180.00 washing machine

ParticipantRe: Neff K9524X7GB/04 Fridge Freezer
Just an update on this one, I ended up linking the wires to gether on the module plug to the inaccessible NTC. and the customer has reported back that it is all working fine now. 😀

ParticipantRe: Neff K9524X7GB/04 Fridge Freezer
Yes I have come across that on a earlier bosch/Neff fridge freezer were you had to modify the wiring to the two ntcs, at the moment I have cut the wire and asked the customer to monitor the appliance, my next option was to join the two wires together, but would prefer a wiring diagram before shorting out modules. 🙂
