    i’ve had a problem with the eco-ball set up on a beko, after the second time of putting it back in the right place i replaced the sump hose and not been back

    The one i’ve been asked about MX194 wont start cycle, the first three lights flash and it makes the bleeps as if its finished. Any thoughts?

    Had a similar problem on one of these, and the problem was a break in the link support which holds the gubbins out of the way when you close the drawer (if its the plastic type) and every now and again it gets caught and the lid wont close properly letting a splash of water in to the base which had dried by the time i got there. Or just looking through the service bulletins there a list as long as your arm of random things which cause F1 faults, If you p.m. your Fax number i’ll fax em too you.

    The seal you need is part no. DC6400563A @ £50ish try spares@ on this site or we can supply. Dead easy to fit just remember to unplug the mains!

    No never use it, makes the job worse second time round and i’m fed up with the odd pulley nut you have to get a chisel onto!
