    Re: neff V6320X0GB/02 E13 Error

There’s only one more possibility really…..and it’s the most common fault of E:13…. The operating module. I believe there’s a capacitor that fails that controls the door lock. The dryer heater with low insulation normally causes the fault on the drying cycle bit if it’s happening on the wash cycle is normally the board……and it’s m not cheap !!!

C7 sounds like the coding for the module. Check for stuck down buttons or fixing screws pushing on the buttons when the doors closed.

It only rotates one direction. The paddles are supposedly designed to keep the load constantly moving back to front and back again. As to your fault , it certainly is an odd one , one that I don’t think I’ve seen before.

Check the heating element isn’t clogged with fluff . For the ‘check filter’ led to illuminate , there must be a restriction of air flow and I’ve seen a blocked heater cause this fault.

It will also take a DNA sample to prevent further ‘meddling’…….. 🙂

The idea is that it locks the appliance to protect the motor and only reset once the brushes are renewed. It can take a couple of tries . The best thing is to do it quite quickly . I.e don’t dwell on holding the spin speed button once the selector knob has been clicked on one position.

Re: Bosch WAS2460 LogiXX F57 error

The motor is hard to turn if the inverter ‘locks’ up. If you unplug the motor from the inverter , you’ll probably find it’ll rotate freely. I’ve yet to come across a single component failure on these brushless motors but have changed a few inverters for E57 errors. Just a new inverter board should be required to clear your problem.

If it does work , advise the customer not to leave the dishwasher switched on when not in use. Its supposedly the main reason for the mains relay going on the module.

E:01 is normally the pump relay on the control module. It can be intermittent and a pain to diagnose. Had one today funnily enough and it needed a new module.

Try starting it with the door open and see if you get the same symptons. If you do,Check the door lock and especially the door wiring loom adjacent to the lock itself. Seen quite a few where the wires get chafed and break on the casing.

Then it won’t fit unfortunately. There are new and different connectors needed for the new heat pump.

The new heat pump should come with modification instructions along with the cables and connectors.

If either the pressure chamber or the fill hose between the chamber and tub are clogged, it might be operating the level switch on the pressure chamber too early therefore starting the machine with hardly any water in it.

    Re: Bosch Dishwasher

One of the reasons for E24 is a stiff impellor on the heat pump. Does it sounds particularly noisy when the heat pump activates? It may need either the heat pump cleared or replaced.
