There are a few other things to check as well as Martin’s sage advice. First , listen to it fill and make sure it fills fully and starts washing. If it fills/drains/fills/drains continuously without the wash motor firing up , it’ll probably be the impellor jug (flow rate meter ) – 424099.
Next , make sure there’s plenty of pressure from the wash motor going round the spray arms as low water pressure from the motor equals no heat. Low pressure is normally a blocked impellor .
After these 2 simple checks , follow Martins advice.nomadPaul

Eddie , look at the 4th heading down on this section of the forum…..it explains everything you’ll probably need to know about bosch neff Siemens dishwashers with this problem .

Before you fit a new lock , check all the wiring loom close to the lock itself. They have a habit of rubbing on the chassis and wearing through.

E:17 is a fill fault. E:24 is a draining prob. Weird that you’re getting both ? Is the little pump impellor access lid clicked in securely and is the non-return valve clear ?
I have replaced ths flow sensor (or ‘contact – part 611317 ) a few times to cure an E:17 error .
As an aside , too low or too high water pressure can also cause this error code.nomadPaul
ParticipantRe: Neff V5340x0GB/03 error code E13?? intermittent no spin
I don’t think E:13 is a draining problem ??? It’s a door interlock fault…..but can also be caused by low motor or dryer heater element insulation. This is actually a smeg built machine….I despise them in all honesty !!! I have yet to decipher the way to access the test programme so have given up trying :rolls:
E:6 is a draining fault code . E11 is a motor fault .

…….and make sure you’re not selecting circotherm grilling which does alternately switch between the grill element and fan 😀

Check that the drain pump access cover is fitted properly and that the non-return valve isn’t blocked or stuck ajar by something.

You have to remove the fan blade from the front of the shaft and then release & pull the motor backwards enough to reveal the front end of the motor shaft.

Is the selector knob in the correct orientation ? That model number isn’t right but if its a model where the knob is connected directly into the module , its possible to refit the knob incorrectly. When the 3 lights are flashing , try turning the knob and see if at some point in the rotation the lights go out . That could be the on/off position.

ParticipantRe: Neff DW error code
Its worth checking the installation. Any slight ‘twisting’ of the chassis can cause problems with door alignment and on these appliances , ifs imperative that the door alignment is spot on. The door doesn’t need to open to stop the machine and the increased internal pressure as it heats up is sometimes enough to stop operation.
When it happens again , ask the customer to just put pressure on the door without opening it and see if it fires back into life .

IIRC , the smaller board is a mains suplly board. One thing to be careful of. If its def the lamp that’s caused ths control module to ‘pop’ , make sure you check the actual lamp housing for arcing/shorting. If you have the old lamp still , the edison screw may show signs.
The few I’ve had have shorted and by tracing the wiring from the lamp to the board , you can normally find damaged components aside the lamp connector.nomadPaul
ParticipantRe: Bosch dw heat pumps
There should be a new jubilee clip with the new heat pump….part no 172272 IIRC….. The new wiring/plug set up is due to a change in the heater/NTC connection’s but can’t remember what the FD change over date is .

ParticipantRe: Bosch dw heat pumps
In a word ….yes ! 20-25mins max . If you take the rhs panel off , remove the mains lead , lift out the power module (no need to disconnect any cables) & this gives you access to the heat pump. Remove rubber strop , carefully cut off old clip , remove heater/ntc/motor connectors , twist heat pump clockwise to release from diverter the pull off .
On refitting new one , put new jubilee clip on rubber hose 1st and tighten slowly then centre new heat pump on main seal and rotate anticlockwise and ensure heat pump fully engages in rubber connector on diverter. Jubilee clip should be within 5mm of edge but can be manipulated from rhs.nomadPaul

Are you sure its F:00 and not just -0- ? Could be the child lock has been inadvertently operated ?
