    Re: Miele spin

Hate to say this but if the pressure switch is part of any board then you should never blow up them.My understanding of it is there is a little magnet type set up which passes through a resistior to measure the resistance to allow the board to know how much water is in it and they are very sensitive. so its looks like the board is shot and the board being miele will be very expensive! sorry.
Rinses light is no pulse/signal from tacho within 1.5s so could be brushs, tacho, motor, wiring etc or of course the board hope this helps.

I know miele engineers use an A frame type set up which they build up over the machine only takes 2 minutes to put up with a little hand winch which fits on the side.

Re: Engineer being sued over AGA range cooker

Dont know about the legal side of things but it sounds like it was either the old mark 1 (which are now nearly all obsolete) or the junkers(used to leak) either one has a direct replacement which is called a sit valve it replaces the whole lot valve, thermocouple, burner etc very expensive!! so no need to get another cooker. He might also want to be careful you need the ckhb1 qualification to work on these beasts.

    Re: Noisy Fan Oven

sounds like you also sprayed the heating element which fits around the fan and its now burning the wd 40 off the wd 40 will at best only be a temporary repair so i would advise you get someone in to look at your fan

    Re: HOTPOINT WD440 MORE PROBLEMS

call hotpoint back in the repair on the element they fitted should be under guarantee so if its the same fault should not be a charge.
