Write to every property letting agent in the phone book and get leaflets printed (do plenty tho 3-5k)and go delivering then see what comes. It’s suprising how many letting agents arn’t realy happy with who they use but don’t know who else to ring then your letter arrives and bingo! Leaflets are the same, annoying to people who don’t need it but great for people with the dishwasher thats been gone for ages or that funny noise on the washer they’ve never got round to doing anything about as they didn’t know who to ring. Plus the people you do work for just give them a ring and ask if all is well you could say you want to add a post code to your area or your just checking what area you cover for them as an intro?

    Hope some of this helps

Does the printed leaflets thing work then? what sort of response does anyone get back from them? i know it depends on area etc but it seems like a lot of money and time im just considering going by myself and wondering which path to take any advise please?

There will be some sort of low pressure setting in the programming but you may need an engineer. before you do that turn off water supply to machine undo inlet hose and check little micro filter where the seal is sometimes if youve had pipework done it can disturb the sedement in the pipes and block the filter giving a restricted flow to machine failing that call an engineer.
Helo you know miele never go wrong 😉

Re: Problem with Miele Platinum 6 Washing Machine

usually means machine is not filing up in a set time can be down to poor water pressure or something else in your house maybe taking the water away from it ie running a bath shower etc etc whilst the machine is trying to fill with water. There is usually a way of programming the machine for “low water pressure” which extends the time for the machine to fill up in check your manuall sometimes customer can do it in the custmer settings sometimes you need an engineer.

    hope this helps

i think its 12 months unless the engineer thinks its customer missuse ie not cleaning out condenser, filters etc then even if its in the main 2yr guarantee its chargable 👿

Does any water come out when you tilt the machine? because it sounds like your float switch(anti flood switch usually found in the base of appliance) as been activated and by tilting machine you are just getting rid of the water and reseting your float switch.

    remember power off first!

You can raise and lower the basket on miele’s pull basket out and there should be some levers on the side so you can raise, lower or even tilt the baskets to help get bigger or more awkward pots, pans etc in.

Re: Servis 1500rpm Model No. M6500W

Dont know this model that well but have you got low water pressure where you are? sounds like filling up slowly and programme is advancing before it’s filled up enough.
check inlet hose is not kinked, the filter where the inlet hose meets the machine ain’t clogged up the water pressure coming into machine is enough etc.
I’m sorry it is difficult to diagnose faults without seeing the appliance.

probably bearings try spinning the drum by hand with nothing in and see if you can hear the noise, with the shock absorbers if you press down on the drum its like your car shock absorbers it should only bounce back once not keep bouncing.
If you do intend to have a go power off first!

    Re: Miele T536 Tumble dryer

If its the one im thinking of look inside the drum you will see the back panel with 7mm allen keys holding it in place you will have to undo them, you will also see in the centre of the backplate 2 larger holes then the others and you will have to get these at quater to 3 position there are 2,7mm allen keys (may need your torch to see them)behind there holding the bearings in place undo them as much as possible then the backplate should come away with a bit of “positive attitude”
Then there will be a plate with the rear felt attached to it held in place by 4,7mm screws take that off and you should see the connections for the element and it just slides up hope this makes sense and helps.
