Hi, I had one like this a while ago and found the plastic that the door lock fits into had slightly gone out of shape and had bowed up in the center. I lowered the dishwasher and used a packer above the lock then re-fitted the dishwasher and all was good.

I’m sure I have had one of these that the grill switch/regulator was causing this fault.

Thanks for that info Dave. This is a machine that I sold to a customer so it looks like I will just have to give the complete dispenser a go.
    Thanks,

Had one yesterday showing the same error. Replaced 00631199 heat exchanger outlet valve and its working fine now.

    Hi Dave,

    Thanks for that.
I called back today and checked over the harness between the interlock and the pcb and it was ok. I told them to get onto Bosch but I think they are going to replace the machine, crazy it looks like new and has only had three years very light use.

Just bumping this one back up as I have been to one today, exactly the same machine with exactly the same fault. Changed the interlock and it is still the same. Just wondered if anyone got to the bottom of it.
    Cheers,

    Hi Dave,

Yes the connection to the switch and loom look all good. I’ll get back over and take another look at it and the board and go from there. The front/base cover was off when I got there so not sure just how wet it got underneath.

    Thanks again,
    Ray

Yes pump does run all the time but it does stop when you switch the machine off. I lifted the anti flood switch and that kicks the pump in even if the machine is off. When you first switch it back on all the program lights come on and no pump and then within say 5 seconds the pump starts to run and the end light flashes/beeps 4 times. I will go back and see if I can see any damage to the board.

    Thanks again.

    Hi Dave,

I fitted just the switch. The pressure switch on this machine is fitted to the lower front panel and is connected to the sump with a clear hose. Am I right in thinking this has the kit fitted already? I thought the non modified ones had the switch fitted straight into the sump.
