    Re: WIL133 f03 (ntc) + can’t switch off.

I had one today with F-03 and thought NTC but checked pump filter and the fault disappeared and it ran through a quickwash ok. Just waiting for a recall now and order a board. Luckily she has a Bosch washer also so no panic.

Thanks Johnny. Do you think his bridging it will be a problem though?

Just been to a Prochef oven. 2 hinges £71. Customer has to have them but no mark up for me but they look like early MFI hinges from the late 80s and probably worth about £2

    Thanks Bob,
Worked a treat. I was in a Pub and people all around and I thought I had swapped the wires around but as it was blowing the pub electrics I must have got it wrong. Thanks again.

    Re: Free Estimate.

I always state £20 estimate fee plus £20 more if the job completed. I had 2 this week where machines BER. If they buy a new machine from me they get the fee back so it’s an incentive. It equates to £2000 per year income so not to be sneezed at. The number of customers lost is about 1 in 25 calls maximum, on the phone and I don’t appreciate driving around Dorset, using my diesel for nothing. Most realise we have to make a living and are happy with this arrangement but to each his own.

    Re: W’Pool Heavy Duty WM1100

    Hi,
Had this in my local vet, F11 that is. Advised her to get Whirlpool out to confirm the fault. They diagnosed the module (£145+vat my price not theirs) and advised motor also just in case. Total to them around £670 for a £500 machine Told her I would do module at her risk as motor seemed fine. That was back in February and fingers crossed so far it’s ok and she does hammer it.
Wouldn’t do it at my risk though for that sort of money.
