Re: First Indesit smart card job completed

Hi, I’ve been bumping into a lot of Indesits lately with board problems. I’ve managed to sell a new machine to everyone luckily. Is it worth my while to buy a card reader and whatever else you need to sort these machines out. I have a whirlpool sam unit and they have decided not to update them. So that 200 sheets down the pan. It sounds like to me I may need to do some training on this. Can anyone give me some sound advice on this issue please?

i would say that it can only be the bontrol board unless the membrane switch (WI) in the sump is playing up

If you had a sam meter you can reprogramme control board and 9 times out of 10 the f7 will clear. If you change the flow meter it will definately clear the fault. I’ve never changed a valve for f7 but it could happen

Sounds like the drain pump has failed or blocked. I do a lot of these for leaking

CF is as porscheman says…comms failure. Change both boards. Only way to cure it properly.

All you can do is replace hose and try and tie back hose if possible
