customer of mine had a similiar problem after a self clean on a bosch oven. I have no knowledge of these ovens, but someone on this site told me a (stat/sensor) was the cause,and they had upgraded this part.
never done the job,so cant give you any more info.

It may be best to release fluff filter first. then put in wet clothers, if this cures the fault it may be because it isnt draining fully before going into spin..hope this helps.
