Why? What a waste of a perfectly good washing machine. See I told you care in the community wouldn’t work

No, they’re not handed, fits both sides. You’re correct that 096784 and 096785 are listed on the BSH website and the correct ones for that model and version. However, on UKWG shop, 491777 is listed as fitting your model and version – confused.

Try having a look at 491777, that’s listed for versions 4,5 & 6. It sounds like what you need. It might have had a new door at some time in it’s life.

I think he means the links in the connector block. You sometimes get brass connectors (U shape) to connect terminals. I’ve had it before where they burn out or are loose and lose connection sometimes.

I think we need a thread that cross references part numbers so people can do a quick search for cheaper versions

do a search on this site F08 and Hotpoint, you won’t be disappointed by the lack of information. You might be disappointed by your attempts to repair it – could be simple or very difficult

You just need some one to fit it for you or if you attempt yourself – power off :zap:

Please don’t post too much – it’s bad for Martins’ heart…..

Re: Belling 450R fan oven problem

Don’t randomly replace parts. Use your multimeter, and check the wiring as previously suggested. When you get to the TOC, check it for contiunity (disconected). If it’s opon circuit then it may well be your problem. Purchase original part (082617189) from the website shop. Link at the top of this page (store). You’ll get a good price and excellent service. If it’s not in the shop email them and they’ll get it for you. POWER OFF !!!!

    Re: handles for Belling 623BL

Definately obsolete. I had one last year and spent ages trying to find a single handle for the same model and colour. You’re only alternative is the one in the shop as Kwatt said or a pair of genuine Belling replacements part no 082602390. Either way they’re way, you’re not going to get the original part and the prices or the alternatives are roughly the same – best get them from the shop, you won’t get better price and service on the net.

If it was one handle I could have done a deal with you as I kept the good handle from the this job last year. I wouldn’t be able to help you with fourcandles though – sorry I just couldn’t get that sketch out of head whilst typing this reply. 😀 😀

A good chance it’s the fan motor but as check as detailed previously. If you determine it’s the fan motor, there are two types:

round and square commectors UKWG stor should be able to supply.
