ParticipantTVM. Thought so, I just wanted a confirmation from some one.
Just trying to save me a 15 mile round trip. I’ll tell the LL that it’s a no goer. A new cooker it is then. I’ll take that job instead.
🙂

ParticipantThanks Dave. You’re a star. You’ve helped me a few times with Elux goods as well. Much appreciated

ParticipantAs stratfordgirl said. DWs are Beko. A lot of ovens are also Beko. However, as I found out a few weeks back, some Lamona ovens are rebadged Samsung ovens. Parts expensive and can be difficult to get hold of.

ParticipantLet me just say, some of the pattern ones being advertised on Fleabay for this model etc do NOT fit. As the irate landlord has just found out. “What are you doing fitting another one, I fitted one a little while back?” He said down the phone. Let’s just say it didn’t fit and there was no need for you to take a hammer to element/fan cover to try and get it to fit. It works now but your fan cover is going to rust out quite soon due to your DIY excuberance. I say with a wry little smile as I put my invoice in 🙂

ParticipantI’ve managed to get hold of the part no. It’s a Delonghi oven. Fan motor 079008001F.
It looks like it fits a lots CDA ovens as well. A useful part number for futrure reference. Hope this thread is useful to guys later.

ParticipantRocketMan wrote:Hi, can anyone help? I need the part no for the fan motor for the above CDA Matrix oven. It seems no one can help. Qualtex,Europart,UK WG shop and Connect. Non of them can help. I’m still waiting for Matrix to get back to me but I won’t hold my breath.
If anyone has fitted one even a pattern one, if they could help that would be appreciated.
Alternatively, I’m going to have to go armed with stack of different pattern ones and get the oven out hoping that one will fit. thanks
I’ve emailed then as I didn’t get an through on the phon yesterday. I’ll be trying again later thanks

ParticipantDefinitely serial number dependent. “
This element is serial number dependant. Please contact Customer Services on 01325 302464.” From Zanuusi UK website. (Zanussi look after TB spares). As other have said already, full PNC and pnc needed and then it can easily confirmed which element is required. UKWG shop can supplyRocketMan

Hi Dave,
1. It’s now a 48 delivery if you order before 1230. Apparently it changed in early November but I didn’t see the circular but they did sent me a copy of it. However, their website still states 24hour if ordered by 3pm.
2. I think their takeover of Masterpart customers and now they’ve taken over JEGS just around Christmas time might be the reason they’ve got problems. I think they are just overwhelmed with orders.I’ve just cancelled my order from Tuesday as it’s not yet been desptached. The poor lady on the phone was very good and honest. She just said, we’ve can’t pick the orders quick enough and get them out. I wish they’d told me that two days ago. I could have ordered it elsewhere. Now I’m stuck explaining to my customer for the third day in row why I can’t fix their appliance.
It’s a shame really. They were reasonably priced most times and up until recently, not had any problems. Ah well, off the Maddocks for this order.

ParticipantThat doesn’t bode well. I’ve got the exact one in the new kitchen unit waiting to be connected. Not even been used yet 🙁

Yep. Checked, top, sides, back and got customers to check underneath whilst I held it. Thanks for sorting the picture

ParticipantRe: Whirlpool to do a recall on Hotpoint dryers
Thanks to all. I went back to this one early this morning and yes, there is the rivet visible at the back of the drum. The customer is happier but still wants to me to go back once a year to service/clean the dryer out. So win win all round

ParticipantRe: Whirlpool to do a recall on Hotpoint dryers
I can see the rivet inside the drum but can’t find the Ebay list for some reason. I’ll try and pop in when I’m passing to see if I can see it from inside the drum. Thanks to all

ParticipantRe: Whirlpool to do a recall on Hotpoint dryers
Thanks Dave.
Has anyone got a diagram or photo of where the rivet should be? I presume it’s on the back inside the circle of the foam seal. Thanks
